We welcome our young members along with a parent or a friend to enjoy a treatment provided by fully trained staff from Urban Bliss.

All treatments offered are based on your individual needs, below you will see the huge selection of treatments which will ensure you get the treatment that is right for you.

Time slots and treatments will be confirmed on Tuesday and Wednesday


Access bars *

Access Bars is a treatment where you lie on a treatment table and the therapist, works on 32 bars of energy on your head. The bars store the electromagnetic components of all your thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs you have ever had. It's a very relaxing treatment and while slowing down your brainwaves it help what is needed in your body / mind at the time. Every session can feel different. A 45 min session is as good as 10 hours of meditation.

It can help with anxiety, stress, depression, pains, sleep problems, a busy mind, a problem you can't get out of your head, exam stress, if you are feeling cranky and other issues.

Emotion code *

With the Emotion Code we both sit on a chair, I use a chart and connect to the subconsious via muscle testing to identify the underlying trapped emotions contributing to or causing the clients issues. I then clear them by swiping over their governing meridian (top of the head).

Trapped emotions cause a ball of energy to trap somewhere in the body causing imbalances.

80% of our daily emotions are negative and a large percentage of pain and symptoms of medical conditions are emotional, once we clear these, we reduce the symptoms. Sometimes removed permanently in one session, other times it will be cleared for a certain length of time until the next layer is ready to release, a session is about 30 - 40 mins long.

It can help with emotional wounds, stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, fears, phobias, inability to show/accept love, a negative mindset and symptoms of medical conditions etc.

Thai foot massage

Thai foot massage is a massage of the feet and lower legs. It is both invigorating and deeply relaxing. It involves a hands on massage stretching along with acupressure to stimulate reflex points. It

has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology and Chinese massage incorporated into the treatment.

The benefits of Thai foot massage are -

-Improving circulation in legs and feet.

-Stimulates lymphatic drainage

-Helps to remove toxins from the body

-Helps boost immune systems

-Increases oxygen to feet and legs

Reflexology*

Reflexology is a non-invasive touch therapy. It is based on the principle that reflexes (points and areas) on the feet and lower leg correspond to internal organs and other physical structures. The Reflexologist stimulates specific places on the foot to access the organs, muscles, bones, lymph nodes and endocrine glands of the body, depending on the needs of the client. Reflexology reduces stress (a major contributing factor to disease), enhances the body's ability to heal itself, and balances both body and soul so that receiving a reflexology massage is regarded as the equivalent of a full body massage. Research shows that a single reflexology session can create relaxation, reduce anxiety, diminish pain, improve blood flow as well as decrease high blood pressure plus many more positive benefits.

Facial Rejuvenation massage

This is a Natural facelift massage is a gentle face massage which helps relieve deep tension giving the facial muscles a lift. If the muscles have space to relax it also helps release potentially harmful toxins. Some people prefer to receive this treatment as a natural facelift without the need for surgery. Visually people look refreshed and energised losing the tight, stressed and tired looking face for a more relaxed, younger stress free face that really shows.
Aromatouch essential oil application

The dōTERRA ArōmaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the boy.

Reiki *

HEAT TREATMENT FOR HANDS OR FEET

Aromatherapy treatment tailored to ease the pain & inflammation of Arthritis & Rheumatism. A relaxing lymphatic drainage massage is carried out which improves circulation in the hands and arms. A treatment of oils which help with arthritis & rheumatism is massaged into the hands which are put into heated mitts. You can lie back and relax allowing the oils to soak in and do their healing while you get treated to a lovely hand or foot massage

MINI FACIAL

A facial is a great way to deep cleanse the skin, increase the blood circulation which promotes cell renewal – leaving your skin glowing and you deeply relaxed.

This facial treatment includes a cleanse,  refreshing toner, deeply relaxing head neck and ‘natural lift’ face massage and moisturise. Using only natural products from Amphora Aromatics.

Laughter Yoga - Discussion Workshop

Why Laughter Yoga?

1. In order to get the scientifically proven health benefits of laughter, we need to laugh continuously for at least for 10 to 15 minutes. Since in Laughter Yoga we do laughter as an exercise, we can prolong our laughter as long as we want. On the other hand, natural laughter comes for just a few seconds here and there and is not enough to bring about physiological and biochemical changes in our body.

2. To reap the health benefits of laughter, laughter has to be loud and deep coming from the diaphragm. It should be a belly laugh. It might not be socially acceptable to laugh loudly, but Laughter Yoga clubs provide a safe environment where one can laugh loudly and heartily without any social implication.

3. Natural laughter that courses through our life depends upon many reasons and conditions, but there are not many reasons which make us laugh. That means we are leaving laughter to chance, it may happen it may not. In contrast, in Laughter
Yoga clubs we are not leaving laughter to chance, but doing it out of commitment. This is a guaranteed way of getting the health benefits of laughter. 

Our Laughter Yoga session are delivered by a qualified instructor.

In addition to permanent exhibits, W5 also presents a changing programme of large and small scale temporary exhibitions and events. We have a daily programme of live science demonstrations and shows throughout the day!

This workshop is a chance to learn more about how to stay healthy through positive eating habits, meal planning and portion control. We will look at how to read food labels correctly, the amount of sugar in your favourite sweets and drinks, what a portion size is for your age group and the best ways to meal plan. 

You will also create an individual food plan for yourself with the help of the facilitator for the week ahead to encourage a healthy diet which in turn will create a healthy mind.

The internet is a fantastic place to learn, create and have fun but you may occasionally have to deal with a variety of challenging issues. These issues may include cyber-bullying, pressures to send pictures, encouragement to self-harm and many more. 

This workshop will be tailored to you as a group and what issues you currently face or have worries about facing in the future. We will be focusing on the issue of cyber-bullying through social media platforms; how to recognise bullying online, how to adapt your privacy settings to avoid unwanted contact, how to treat others on social media and how to deal with cyber-bullying with information on the best support networks there are out there. 

We want to give you the best advice so that you can enjoy your time online to ensure you are fully protected when using social media. This workshop is for young people aged 18-25 only and will be delivered by a CEOP trained Access for Success staff member.
