Mindfulness Session - Praxis Mmebers only

During this workshop we will start with some breathing techniques and meditation to help you all become more relaxed and get rid of those stresses and worries of the day you have had.

We will then do some mindfulness colouring which is proven to relax the mind and ease anxiety. All materials for the workshop will be provided you just need to bring your comfy clothes and a pillow for the relaxation session.
