This event is for the whole family to enjoy. It has been proven that exercise is good for you and can help lift your mood. The walk can be done at your own pace - either a 5K or 10K. Before the walk begins all participants are invited to take part in a short motivating warm up to lift their mood and help get them physically and mentally prepared.
