This workshop is a chance to show off your creative side!
We will aim to make stress balls - a great tool to help cope with stress in a positive way and each person will have their own to take home with them to help manage feelings of anger, stress or anxiety.
We will also be creating individual Mood Boards - this involves gathering pictures, words and photographs of all the things you can do or currently do to “self-care”. When we talk about self-care we mean something you can do to help you relax and focus on what makes you happy.
All materials will be provided for the workshop so all you need to bring is yourself.
