This week is aimed at our group members, however, parents/carers are more than welcome to attend also.
1. We will being comparing the cost of ready meals, take-away food and home cooked dishes and what is the best value for money
2. We will be looking at the fat and sugar content of our favourite unhealthy foods and drinks and coming up with ideas on how to reduce the amount of sugar in our diets.
3. We will also look at the advantages and disadvantages of writing a shopping list giving you some top tips on how to shop savvy!
